Emad Shawish is a vascular surgeon at St. Michael’s Clinic. Emad had his training in Vascular and Endovascular surgery partially in London Imperial college, and partially in Midland vascular centre at Heartland Hospital.
His interest developed in the treatment of varicose veins with different techniques to establish the best treatment for different people.
Emad is involved in different research at Imperial colleague with Prof G Geroulakos and in Midland with Prof Bradbury.
He now works as consultant for Vascular Endovascular Surgery at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospitals and his role involves clinical work, teaching staff and he is also an educational supervisor.
