Dr Niki Hart MB CHB FRCP SCE (derm) DPD DRCOG DCH graduated from Sheffield University in 1993. She qualified as a general practitioner in 1997 before gaining specialist registration in dermatology in 2015 and taking a consultant post at St Michael’s Clinic.
She is experienced in the assessment and management of all skin diseases. Her special interests include the management of inflammatory skin disease including psoriasis, adult and paediatric eczema, and patch testing for the investigation of contact dermatitis for which she is the clinical lead at St Michael’s Clinic.
An additional interest is in female genital dermatology, for which she runs a specialist NHS clinic and has close ties with the gynaecology department at Shrewsbury and Telford NHS Trust.
She became the Clinical Director of St Michaels Clinic in October 2022 and remains the Clinical governance lead. She chairs the Significant Event Analysis meetings having a major interest in patient safety.
