Dr Niki Hart MB CHB FRCP SCE (derm) DPD DRCOG DCH graduated from Sheffield University in 1993. She qualified as a general practitioner in 1997 before gaining specialist registration in dermatology in 2015. She has additional diploma qualifications in child health and gynaecology.
Dr Hart has worked at St Michaels Clinic since 2013 and was the clinical director from 2022 to 2025. She continues to be the Clinical Governance lead.
She is experienced in the assessment and management of all skin diseases, including inflammatory dermatological conditions and skin lesions, with surgical removal when necessary.
Her special interest is in managing inflammatory skin diseases, including psoriasis, acne and eczema, with an additional interest in female genital dermatology.
She is experienced in patch testing for the investigation of allergic contact dermatitis, having run the patch test service in Shropshire since 2001.
Dr Hart is registered with all major medical insurance providers apart from Vitality and is happy to see both adult and paediatric patients, the latter with a referral letter from their GP prior to an appointment.
